-30 mins performance (speed, strength, agility) led by Coach Patrick
-30 mins skills (ball handling & finishing) led by Coach Alyssa
Faith:
-60 mins of Locker Room Talk
Through using God’s word, videos, testimonies, activities and guest speakers we will develop our faith, improve growth mindset, build character, manage conflict resolution and enhance team dynamics.
-Topic: Dealing with Anxiety
