Speaking from my own experience, studying film has allowed me to take my game to another level on both ends of the court. Along with 65% of the general population, I fall under the category of a primary visual learner meaning I need to see information to best absorb it. Deliberately studying your play on the court will help you learn how you can improve your game as well as recognize areas of growth. With 10 plus years of relentlessly breaking down film, my goal is to help athletes become true students of the game. 
Film can be watched in individual, small group or team settings.
