Purchasing this one-time price offering for training sessions with 4-6 athletes will allow the athletes to train with each other and receive live coaching and feedback from me. The price listed is per hour per player.

Please notice the two waivers below, the Release of Liability and the Cancellation Policy. Prior to the purchase of any session, the athlete, at least eighteen (18) years or older, or the parent/legal guardian of the athlete, must electronically sign both of these forms. The documents can be saved and downloaded for reference. Typing your full name and checking off the boxes in the form below signifies your electronic signature.
Once your sessions are purchased, I will assign you to a group and reach out to coordinate schedules.
