The shot starts from the ground up. We ensure proper mechanics and form while honing in on the fundamentals of each shot. The bulk of these sessions will be shooting in game like situations. The goal is to create shooters who not only knock down shots when they are open but also create their own shots (off the dribble, changing pace to get open, shooting on the move, make contested shots & more!
**This session will be capped at 12 athletes for more individualized feedback**
Eligible athletes- 6th-12th grade
