Team practices typically do not dedicate the time needed for skills training to continue to develop as a player. Why? Coaches only get so much practice time and need to use it for game strategy, offensive/defensive concepts, scouting purposes & team chemistry.
The expectation is for YOU as a player to continue to develop your skills, confidence & player development.
