• 1 hour of Locker Room Talk 

  • Topic: Finding Balance & Avoiding Burnout

    • Through using God’s word, videos, testimonies & exercises we will develop our faith, improve growth mindset, build character, manage conflict resolution and enhance team dynamics.

Please bring a basketball, water, notebook & pen!
